windows messenger automatically adding contacts to the addressbook

Hi all. My windows messenger is automatically adding my friends that are online to the OE addressbook. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks.

I think there is, but i don't think it's in win live thing it's in oe itself just can't remember where ti it lol sorry

I have this problem too and I really would like to solve it. I'm tired of havint that many emails that are uneffective in my OE address book.
